If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (PayPal) handles your billing details directly — we never see or store your full card or bank information.

We use the information we collect to provide and operate the service — including generating QR codes, tracking attendance, running live polling and presentations, and managing your organizations, events, and locations.

We also use your information to communicate with you about your account and events, to improve and troubleshoot the platform, to analyze usage trends, and to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our Terms of Service.

We will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties without your consent.

We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the platform — such as hosting providers and PayPal for payment processing — solely to perform services on our behalf. When you create an event and share its check-in link or QR code, any information an attendee submits during check-in (such as their name) is visible to you as the event organizer.

All your credentials are encrypted, and we never store your full financial account details — those are handled directly by our payment processor.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can access and update most of your personal information at any time from your Profile and Settings pages. You may also request that we delete your account and associated data by contacting us at the email address below.

If you no longer wish to receive non-essential communications from us, you can opt out at any time.
