You have questions.
We have answers.
Everything you need to know about running events, tracking attendance, and building interactive presentations.
Getting started
Events live under an organization, so start by creating one from the Organizations page in the sidebar. Once you have an organization, open Events → Add Event, fill in the details, and save. If you don’t already have a matching location or event category, they’ll be created for you as you go.
No. You can create locations and event categories ahead of time from the sidebar, but if you skip that step they’re generated automatically the first time you use them while adding an event.
Yes. Open the event from the Events page to edit its details at any time. Deleting an event also removes its attendance records, so make sure to export any data you want to keep first.
Yes. Turn on “Repeat Event” when creating or editing an event, then choose Daily or Weekly. For weekly events you can pick specific days and set a different check-in window for each one. Set an end date up to a year out and each occurrence is tracked separately. The Free plan allows one recurring event; paid plans are unlimited.
Attendance & check-in
Each event has a unique QR code. Attendees confirm their attendance by scanning the QR code with their phone camera, or by opening the event’s unique check-in URL manually. Both take them to the same check-in page.
Yes. The moment an attendee checks in, their attendance is recorded and the live checked-in count updates instantly — including on the QR display and during a slideshow.
For recurring events, check-ins are tied to a specific occurrence. The app automatically targets the occurrence happening now, or the nearest upcoming one, so attendees are counted against the right session.
The Free plan includes a monthly attendance limit. Upgrading to a paid plan removes that cap and gives you unlimited check-ins.
Presentations & slides
Open the Presentations workspace from the sidebar. From there you can create a presentation, link it to an event, and open the editor to add and arrange slides.
The editor supports a range of slide types including Hero, Heading, Paragraph, Bullet, Quote, Number, Image, and Video slides, plus interactive quiz slides — so you can mix static content with live audience interaction.
Yes. Image slides let you upload a picture directly, and video slides let you embed a video so your presentation can include rich multimedia content alongside text.
Quizzes & competitions
Quiz slides let your audience answer live. Multiple-choice questions support up to 4 options, and true/false questions support 2. Attendees respond from their phones and results are collected in real time.
When you run a competition, the leaderboard ranks participants in real time based on both accuracy and speed — correct answers score higher, and faster correct answers score higher still. The final standings are shown at the end.
Exporting your data
Yes. Use the Export PDF button in the presentation editor’s top bar to download a PDF copy of all your slides.
Attendance data can be exported to CSV from the event view, so you can keep records or analyze them in your own spreadsheet tools.
Plans & support
There’s a Free plan to get you started, and a paid plan at $9.99/month or $99.99/year that unlocks unlimited attendance and the full feature set. You can manage your plan from the Upgrade and My Plans pages.
