Start creating an event by first creating an organization. Once your organization is created, you can then proceed with creating an event which is just a simple process and can be done in like some seconds. Fill your event's details and have attendees start checking-in to your event.

In order to create an event, you have to first create an organization by going to the organizations tab and clicking on "+ Add New" button and then filling in details.

No, you don't have to create before an event. In case the location or event category is not already created, you can enter your location/event category in the event form and both will be created automatically. You will be able to see your all locations in locations menu and event categories in events page >> manage event categories.

Attendees cam confirm their attendance by scanning an event's QR code or manually entering a unique URL to the event. While checked in, attendees can see a real-time progress to the current event along with all presentation slides.

Yes, there is a limit on free plan. In paid plans, there is no limit. Check our pricing here.

Yes, all attendance check ins are real-time. As soon as attendees scan, they are automatically recorded for attendance.

You can create a presentation by going to Presentations Workspace option on the sidebar. Every presentation is assigned to an event, so before creating, you will be asked to choose an event and presentation will be created.

Currently, you can create various slide types, including Hero slides for main titles, Heading/subheading slides, Paragraph slides for detailed information, Bullet slides for lists, Video slides for multimedia content, Number slides for numerical data, Quote slides for quotations, Multiple Choice slides for quizzes, True/False slides, Open-Ended Question slides for audience to ask questions in real-time, Competition Multiple Choice and Competition True/False slides for interactive competitions.

To create a quiz, select the Multiple Choice or True/False slide type under Quiz Competition dropdown group. Add your question, add all required options, and specify the correct answer for each option. Note that you can add a max of 4 options in Multiple Choice slide type and 2 options in True/False slide type.

Yes, attendees can answer quiz questions in real time during the event. Their responses are recorded, and results are displayed on the competition leaderboard.

The competition leaderboard shows the real-time standings of attendees based on their quiz performance. Points are awarded for correct answers, and how quickly the correct answer is given. Attendees can compete with each other for the top spot.

Yes, you can use Video slides to include multimedia content in your presentation. Simply choose the Video slide type and add a link to the video. Also, under the design tab, you can upload an image in the slide.

There is no strict limit to the number of quiz questions you can include. However, for optimal attendee engagement, it's recommended to balance quiz questions with other interactive slide types.

To create a quiz, select the Multiple Choice or True/False slide type under Quiz Competition dropdown group. Add your question, add all required options, and specify the correct answer for each option.

Yes, you can export all the slides to PDF by clicking on "Download PDF" option.

Yes, when you click on any event on Events page, you can see Export button underneath event details. By clicking on this button, you can export attendance data in a CSV file.
